Twisted Hipz is a Chicago-based tribal bellydance troupe currently featuring Michelle, Dorothy, and Christine. They may be a little twizted, but they’re all fun!!!

[Fusion] Cecelia is a fusion dancer with a strong sense of style that incorporates hip hop movements among many others. She's the newest member of Read My Hips, and perform alongside the troupe at Alhambra Palace. [Tribal Fusion] Dawn is a singer-songwriter, web designer, and dancer. She taught swing dancing for years until a late-night encounter with Read My Hips on YouTube brought her into the world of tribal bellydance. (dawnxianamoon.com)

[Cabaret fusion] She not only design and create costume, but she is also a vital member of the twisted sisters. Dorothy will be unveiling her first solo piece.
Zaza-Myrnie started belly dancing because she was diagnosed with MS in 2007 compromising her balance, she was not happy. Khalidah Khali was teaching at the YMCA and one was class was all it took and she was hooked. As a result 90 % of her balance has returned. It is her hope that others will see and use her determination as a stepping stone for themselves.
Piper has been dancing for just over 2 decades, giving her plenty of time to create her own fusion style. (Piperdance.com)
[Gypsy Fusion] Sahara has been bellydancing for 10 years. She is passionate about her dancing and thinks dancing is as important as breathing. She thanks her teachers Magda, Piper, Mahira, and the many others she has studied with. Her unique style is inspired by many sources, including gypsy passion.

[ATS] Rogue Tribal is an ATS troupe - always improv, always fun, and always happy to share the dance with others.
Smoke Tribal Bellydance
[American Tribal Style aka ATS] Sam Brenneman been performing and teaching ATS since 2002- She is part of the family tree of Gabrielle Deschaine, who brought tribal style to the western suburbs. They're an ATS improv group, no props, just finger cymbals and gutsiness.
[Tribal Fusion] Her first solo debut as a tribal dancer. She have been studying tribal bellydance with Studio103 instructor Lee Na-Moo. She became interested in the tribal fusion style of bellydance after seeing a performance and wanted to learn this beautiful dance form.
[Turkish/Gypsy Fusion] Mavi is a fiery dancer with a flair for bold gypsy styling fusing elements of Turkish, Flamenco and Eastern European movements. She loves to play zills and snap her fan! Visit her online at bellydance-mavi.com.
