Classes varies depending on the style interested - offer you a bit of everything from flexibility, strength, conditioning, endurance, and cardio. Learn to move with elegance and grace; execute move with precision and timely manners. Understand balance and weight shifting; be quick on your feet. Weather you are looking for a new workout program or to develop your core muscles, this class can help by offering a unique approach to strengthening the core muscle with the use of fusion dance move that focus on the legs, mid, and upper body, to improve those core muscles; thus improve your techniques, controls, and executions.

What Should You Wear?
-Anything that is comfortable to dance and form fitting
[But does not make a lot of noises] -Sweat pants, tank top, etc... [nothing too loose otherwise the dance movement will be lost.] -Hip scarf to tie around the waist. Dance Fusion Style
